Back Yoga

Mon and Wed 12:00pm

 

Hatha Vinyasa flow based yoga practice with professional cueing of breath and movement for both beginner and experienced yogis.  There is a specific health focus for  the back to improve and restore the normal curvature of the spine and to strengthen the bock in all planes of motion. This class can help regain the stability of the entire spine to facilitate  an active life without injury with less potential of injury.
